The ZyXEL GS-108B v3 is an 8-port Gigabit Ethernet switch that is very suitable for a small home or local area network. The ZyXEL GS-108B V3 automatically detects the speed and duplex status of the network devices connected to it, so commissioning is quick and easy. The switch meets the requirements of the IEEE standard 802.3az (Energy Efficient Ethernet), as they control communication in the network and automatically reduce power when there is little traffic. They recognize the length of the Ethernet cable and how many devices are connected to the network.
