The Sony FE 14mm f / 1.8 GM is a very wide-angle and bright lens for the Sony E-mount with a cinematic drawing circle (FE). The lens is ideal for astro, landscape or architectural photography, for example. Considering the high brightness, the lens is light and compact.
The optical structure includes two very low scattering elements and one Super ED element to reduce chromatic aberrations and two XA (highly aspherical) elements to minimize spherical aberrations. Nano AR II coating minimizes reflections and improves contrast.
