Kaffa Roastery is a Helsinki-based coffee roastery founded in 2007 that has grown in ten years to become Finland's leading small roastery. Kaffa's goal is to be the fairest coffee producer in the country, aiming to change the coffee culture in Finland and the coffee trade worldwide. The origin of the coffee is researched on site and the beans are roasted by hand in Punavori.
