With the Ströme commercial dehydrator, you can easily dry fruits, vegetables, mushrooms and herbs. No additives (e.g. sugar or salt) are used in the drying process, which keeps the flavour natural and full-bodied. Efficient air circulation ensures that heat is evenly distributed to each drying level, which means your crops dry quickly and efficiently. Featuring five BPA-free levels, the dryer is easily washable. The dryer features an electronic control panel with timer and temperature control. The temperature can be adjusted between 35°C and 70°C.
