HUAWEI WATCH Buds is a combination of a smart watch and wireless stereo headphones (TWS) with a high level of noise reduction. The watch has a wide range of features, such as Bluetooth calls, audio playback and controls, message notifications, heart rate, sleep and SpO2 monitoring, GPS positioning, exercise detection and guidance, and countless different exercise modes.

Audio playback - When the Watch Buds are paired with your phone, you can use them to control music playback on your phone, such as skipping tracks and adjusting the volume. You can also play music directly from the watch via Bluetooth headphones.

Calls - When the watch is connected to the phone, you can make calls directly from the watch and headphones. The phone assistant notifies you of incoming calls and messages.

Heart rate measurement - When you use the watch correctly, you can measure your heart rate manually. You can also enable continuous heart rate measurement in the Huawei Health app. When this feature is enabled, your watch will monitor your heart rate continuously.

Sleep Tracking - The watch uses HUAWEI TruSleep sleep tracking technology, which accurately detects whether you are in deep, light sleep, REM sleep, or awake, and then gives you sleep quality assessments and suggestions to improve your sleep quality.

Stress monitoring - The watch uses an optical heart rate sensor to monitor your stress, find out your stress index and take care of your health.

Exercise assistant - The watch can record your number of steps, distance traveled, calories burned, duration of moderate or high intensity exercise and standing time. The watch supports and provides real-time information about many exercises, such as outdoor and indoor running, cycling and walking, as well as free exercises and use of elliptical or rowing machines. In addition, it recognizes the start of the exercise automatically.

Watch Face - The watch allows you to customize your display by setting animated, gallery and AOD watch faces, as well as cover opening animations. You can choose your watch face from the watch face store or create a custom watch face.

Headphones - TWS, hybrid ANC and microphones detect and minimize ambient noise. Hybrid call noise reduction suppresses ambient noise during voice calls and improves your voice. You can freely control the call and audio features (volume, play/pause, answer/hang up, noise canceling and headphone control) either on the watch or on your phone. Thanks to the innovative touch control, you can answer calls by double-tapping the earlobe or triple-tap to turn noise cancellation on and off.
