You can also remove the self-adhesive base to mount a tripod, boom or other accessories using the 1/4" threaded hole. Note: do not stick the adhesive base to surfaces that are rough, powdered, covered with sand, dust or water, greasy or peeling. Otherwise, the mount may not be stable.
