Technical Features

The Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 DG DN II Art lens utilizes an advanced optical design that includes six "F" Low Dispersion (FLD) elements, two Special Low Dispersion (SLD) elements and five aspherical elements. This combination effectively reduces chromatic aberrations and chromatic aberrations throughout the zoom range, providing excellent resolution and color rendition.

The internal construction includes metal parts in the zoom extension, while the outer shell is fitted with rubber seals to protect against dust and moisture. Two integrated AF-L buttons can be programmed to adjust different shooting settings, and the lens also features a separate AF/MF switch and zoom lock.
