Hot Garlic is very close to Hot sauce in taste, flavour and texture, but there's something else in there too. The most discerning noses and mouths can detect a very delicate garlic smell and taste. In addition to this, the overall flavour is slightly different from Hot. In addition to Sweet BBQ sauce, we recommend Hot Garlic sauce for people who don't like the taste of vinegar in poultry sauce.
Smoked ham sauces have been making a name for themselves in Finland for over 20 years. Siipiweikot is the first restaurant in Finland and Europe specialising in chicken wings and sauces. The main raw material for the sauce comes from America, but the final preparation is done in Siipiweikko's own production facilities in Nokia.
