Thanks to the separate pan that comes with it, you can really cook crispy pizzas and pies, just like with a traditional convection oven. Even more efficiently. In the circulating air function, the temperature can be selected between 100-220 °C, in 10 °C increments. To quickly find the options you need most often, the scale starts at 150 °C degrees and increases by 220 °C degrees by turning the dial clockwise. When you turn the dial counterclockwise, the scale decreases by 100 degrees.
