Mild is the mildest sauce in the Siipiweeks but it does have a little kick or at least a gentle kiss on the cheek. However, it is a genuine buffalo style poultry sauce, so vinegar is also an essential part of Mild sauce. However, Mild is an excellent sauce to start your own wing loving. On the other hand, if you're not a fan of spicy food, Mild is also a sauce that will be a good way to spend your wing moments in the future.
Wingfish sauces have been making a name for themselves in Finland for over 20 years. Siipiweikot is the first restaurant in Finland and Europe specialising in chicken wings and sauces. The main raw material for the sauce comes from America, but the final preparation is done in Siipiweikko's own production facilities in Nokia.
