Puhdistamo's Optimal Vege Protein Natural is a high-quality plant-based protein made by mixing whole grain rice protein and pea protein together. Optimal Vege is a completely natural protein powder made without any compromises.
Rice protein is already an excellent, well-absorbed vegetable protein and has an almost perfect amino acid profile. However, one amino acid in rice protein remains low and it is lysine. Lysine, on the other hand, is found especially in legumes, such as peas. By combining these two good sources of protein, the amino acid composition is perfect.
Optimal Vege Protein is an excellent nutritional supplement for athletes and fitness enthusiasts, as it contains plenty of essential and branched-chain (BCAA) amino acids. As a plant-based protein, the product is great for supporting a vegetarian diet. In addition, it is significantly more stomach-friendly than typical milk-based proteins.
