OBH Nordica Complete Seal vacuum packer allows you to preserve food up to five times longer than conventional storage methods. It is easy to use and suitable for vacuum storage of all types of food. Oxygen is the main cause of deterioration in the nutritional value, texture, taste and quality of food. Conventional methods of food preservation, such as storage in ordinary plastic bags and containers, are therefore not optimal because they compress air and food in the same space. Vacuum packaging removes the oxygen, which preserves the flavour of the food and keeps it fresh for much longer.
Vacuum packaging saves you money, time and the environment
You save money by buying food in large packages that you can vacuum pack and use later. By buying larger food packages at a time and packing them in smaller ones, you also reduce the environmental impact of packaging. Using a vacuum packer also significantly reduces food waste. You can save time by cooking large quantities of food at once, packing them in conveniently sized portions directly into vacuum bags and freezing them.
Speed up marinade absorption
You also save time when using a vacuum packer to marinate meat and fish. Vacuum packing opens the pores of meat and fish. This means the marinating process takes just minutes instead of hours.

The Complete Seal vacuum packer is suitable for vacuum packing all types of food - including meat, fish, fruit and vegetables. Vacuum-packed foods can be stored in the fridge or freezer. For example, vacuum-packed and frozen beef has a shelf life of 2-3 years, whereas frozen without vacuum packing it is only 6 months. Fresh strawberries will go mouldy in just a few days in the fridge, but vacuum-packed strawberries will keep in the fridge for a week.

The Complete Seal vacuum packer is easy to use and efficient. All you need to do is fill the vacuum bag with the food you want and press a button. The vacuum sealer removes all the air and seals the bag.
