A classic press pan with which you can make good coffee without unnecessary technical commands. The pan has a glass cup part, a metal body and an impressive chrome finish. Capacity 1500 ml / 12 cups.
Place ground coffee (slightly coarser grinding than filter grinding) on the bottom of the press pan and pour hot water slightly below the boiling point (about 92-96 degrees). Stir in the coffee-water mixture and let stand for about 4 minutes. The chips are then pressed to the bottom with a sieve.
You can easily make good coffee in a press pan. Thanks to the brewing method, the flavors of the coffee do not remain on the filter paper, but you get more good flavors out of your coffee. The glass part is dishwasher safe, but we do not recommend strainers to clean in the dishwasher due to possible detergent residues.
Before making coffee, spin a small amount of hot water in the pan and pour it out. It prevents heat build-up well and the glass stays intact better.
