Sony A7s III is equipped with a new 12 megapixel backlit full frame sensor and powerful Bionz XR processor. The new sensor enables ISO sensitivities up to 409600, and at low sensitivities the sharpness and dynamics are comparable to any camera on the market. The camera also has a 5-axis image stabilizer, which not only makes it easier to get sharp images, but also stabilizes the viewfinder image. The sharpest electronic viewfinder on the market makes shooting easier, and the incredible 759-point autofocus inherited from the A7r IV keeps up even in the most difficult situations and covers almost the entire image area. Eye focus is an excellent help when photographing people. The completely silent shutter, on the other hand, enables shooting in situations that require complete silence. A much-desired feature is also a forward-facing screen, and finally the A7 series has one too!

The main focus of the A7s III is video shooting, and you can shoot very high-quality 4K videos with it. The 12 megapixel sensor is just right for 4K video, and enables recording of 4K 60P video using all pixels. With the A7s III, you can finally also record 10-bit 4:2:2 video, which gives more room for post-processing. The A7s III also brings new codecs: XAVC-SI (All-I) with a bitrate of up to 500 Mbits/s and XAVC-HS, which allows the bitrate to drop to 200 Mbits/s thanks to H.265 compression. The A7S III also enables wonderful slow-motion videos: you can shoot up to 4K video at 120 fps with it, and even at this high shooting speed, the autofocus, image stabilization and sound work - an excellent feature for speed ramping, for example! You can record Full HD video at 240 fps.

Many Sony users will surely also be happy about the two memory card slots, where you can use SD cards or the new CFexpress Type A cards. V90 SDXC cards are sufficient for most video modes, but XAVC SI 4K 120p S&Q slow motion video mode requires a CFExpress card.
