ExtraDry
Dishwashers often leave plastic dishes wet after washing. This is why Bosch dishwashers have an ExtraDry programme. It raises the temperature during the final rinse and extends the drying time. In this way, even plastic containers such as baby bottles or picnic pots become shiny clean and completely dry.

Tested hygiene quality - Validated hygiene performance
Viruses such as coronavirus and influenza are effectively destroyed by the Eco 50°C programme, tested by the Institute for Integrative Hygiene and Virology (level 1 hygiene label). Higher temperature programmes can achieve significantly higher levels of hygiene and are effective against more resistant viruses such as crusted and uncrusted viruses. This was confirmed for the Intensive 70°C programme and the Machine Care cycle (level 3 hygiene label).

VarioDrawer over-basket - Sorted items.
Light and awkwardly shaped objects and cooking utensils can cause headaches in the dishwasher. Kitchen utensils get clumped together and don't clean properly. Light lids and bowls can come loose. Bosch's VarioDrawer has a separate place for each knife, fork and spoon, but it can also accommodate ladles, whisks, small cups, lunchboxes and bowls thanks to its two sets of red swivel spikes for flexibility. This also leaves more space for other racks.
