However, it is a genuine buffalo style poultry sauce, so vinegar is also an essential part of Mild sauce. However, Mild is an excellent sauce to start your own wing loving. Wingfish sauces have been making a name for themselves in Finland for over 20 years. Siipiweikot is the first restaurant in Finland and Europe specialising in chicken wings and sauces. The main raw material for the sauce comes from America, but the final preparation is done in Siipiweikko's own production facilities in Nokia.
