With the Gymstick treadmill, you can continue working while you walk. Sitting still for a long time puts a one-sided load on the body and passives the muscles. Varying work positions, taking breaks from work and moving around during the working day alleviate the symptoms caused by one-sided work positions.

Walking on the Gymstick treadmill while working develops the muscles of the lower body, invigorates blood circulation and metabolism, as well as energy consumption. Walking on the carpet also keeps the mind refreshed, which means you can cope better at work and work efficiency increases. The mat comes with a remote control that makes it easy to adjust the mat's functions and speed.

In addition, the device can be controlled with a mobile phone (Android/iOS). Information provided by the console: time, speed, distance, calories burned and steps. The Gymstick walking mat is small and light, so it fits easily in the workplace or at home. The mat conveniently folds in half, which makes it easier to store and move.

When you step on the mat or walkingpad, it automatically starts rolling and stops if you end up too far behind. In automatic mode (via the app) you can walk at your own pace and the speed of the carpet is adjusted according to the frequency of steps. At a slower speed of approx. 3 km/h, you can work in peace, but at higher speeds, a slightly louder sound and keeping your hands still can disturb your work, not to mention the sweat. However, you don't have to worry about the pace, because even if you only walk for 5 hours a day at a speed of 3 km/h, it's already 15 km at the end of the day.
