The Seasonic G12 GM series achieves the 80 PLUS Gold standard by offering a minimum efficiency of 87%, 90% and 87% at 20%, 50% and 100% operating loads. This efficiency, combined with active power factor correction, reduces the energy loss of the G12 GM series power supplies, resulting in savings in energy costs for users. In addition to being highly efficient, the G12 GM power supplies use an LLC resonant converter and industry-leading intelligent and quiet fan control (S2FC).
