The Thule Xpress is a quick-to-install and easy-to-use basic rack for two bicycles. Soft rubber straps hold the wheels in place. Safety-enhancing straps and reflectors are pre- assembled in the rack . The wheels are at a convenient loading height. Easy to fold for storage and handling.
