The Bambu Lab A1 Mini 3D printer is a major innovation in FDM 3D printing that redefines flow control. It uses a high-resolution, high-frequency eddy current sensor to accurately measure nozzle pressure. A state-of-the-art algorithm dynamically adjusts the flow rate based on sensor data, ensuring unprecedented print accuracy.
Fast and accurate printing
These features include all-metal rails, a robust frame, nozzle pressure sensor, acceleration sensors, a powerful MCU and, above all, an advanced motion control system. The result is 14 minutes of benchy printing with high quality and speedbenchy rules straight from the box without special materials.
Plug-N-Play
Delivered pre-assembled, precisely straightened and fine-tuned. It takes about 20 minutes to prepare for the first print.
Automatic Z-offset
The A1 mini uses a nozzle to measure the print substrate to determine the absolute Z-offset. You no longer need paper as a reference.
Automatic calibration
The A1 mini performs multiple calibrations completely independently. It carefully calibrates the Z-offset, print plate level, flicker resonance and nozzle pressure for each print automatically:
- Flicker Calibration: Sensors on the print head and print plate allow automatic resonance calibration on both the X and Y axes, improving print quality and reducing flicker.
- Flow Dynamics: A flow dynamics calibration algorithm based on nozzle pressure automatically adjusts the flow. No manual adjustments or patterns are necessary as the A1 mini handles Pressure Advanced calibration independently.
- Belt tension: With vibration frequency calibration, the A1 mini checks belt tension. If the belt is too loose, the HMS system will alert you and you can use the automatic belt tensioner to adjust the tension.
Quiet Printing
Active motor noise reduction and quiet mode can reduce noise levels to below 48 dB, making the A1 mini one of the quietest 3D printers on the market.
Quick nozzle changes
A brand new quick-change nozzle design: the hot end comes off and attaches with a single clip.
