• 1. CLASSIC is for white wheat and brown rye bread, as well as bread flavored with herbs and raisins.
• 2. FAST for quick preparation of white, wheat and rye bread - in this mode the bread is smaller and has a dense center.
• 3. SWEET is intended for baking sweet types of bread with a crisper crust than when baking according to the classic program.
• 4. WHOLE GRAIN GRAINS are suitable for baking whole grain bread made from flour with a low gluten content.
• 5. GLUTEN-FREE can prepare gluten-free bread.
• 6. DOUGH for kneading/mixing and then raising the dough without baking.
