The Ströme Black BX-Double offers the best of gas and charcoal grills. When you want a quick and effortless grilling experience, choose the gas side. When you want a bit more indulgence and the most authentic grilling taste and feel, choose the charcoal side. The sloping profile of the lids ensures rapid heating, so food cooks faster and uses less fuel. By using the gas and charcoal sides simultaneously, you have a truly large grilling area of 4523 cm2!

High quality materials:The most easily rusted part of a gas grill, the firebox, is made of porcelain enamelled steel (also on the charcoal side), which is a significantly more durable and long-lasting material than what is used in typical market grills. In addition, the exterior of the grill features a stylish stainless steel finish in some areas.

Cast-iron MGS Multi-Grid-System grate: The gas grill side comes with an MGS Multi-Grid-System grate. The MGS grating consists of two gratings with a 30 cm diameter replaceable grating in the middle. The MGS grating is made of durable, maintenance-free cast iron with a matt enamelled finish. The MGS interchangeable grate can be replaced by 30 cm diameter round bars, pizza stones, pans, etc.

Side cooker and removable side table: The grill is equipped with an easy-to-use side cooker, which allows you to prepare, for example, boiled potatoes, fried bacon or a delicious barbecue sauce while grilling. The second side table of the grill can also be removed from the barbecue quite easily and quickly, reducing the space needed for storage, for example. The grill can also be stacked without the second side table, so you can even fit the grill on your balcony.

Adjustable charcoal level: An unprecedented precise, quick and easy way to adjust the grilling temperature. The coals move closer or further away from the grill grate with a flick of the wrist, so heat control is literally a snap.

Charcoal Add Hatch:The grill grate has a removable section that allows you to conveniently add coals during grilling without removing the entire grill grate.

Carbon tank: A convenient carbon tank in the front of the charcoal grill keeps your coals and briquettes readily available.

Tip: Place two pieces of kitchen aluminum foil on top of each other on the grease tray of the grill and a thin layer of sandbox or aquarium sand on top of the kitchen aluminum foil. The sand absorbs and spreads the fat and marinades that fall on it evenly. This makes cleaning the grill's grease tray really easy and keeps the grease tray in good condition.
