Drying is easy as the Ströme commercial vegetable dryer includes a timer, adjustable heat (35-70°C) and plenty of space for drying ingredients. The unit has eight gridded metal trays that allow for versatile drying of different materials simultaneously. A bright fan draws cool air from the back of the unit, heats it and blows it evenly through each tray, removing moisture. Drying is fast.

There's no need to change drying tray locations or move food in the middle of drying because food dries evenly on each tray. Thanks to an efficient fan and air circulation, each tray has its own even air circulation. The square shape of the Ströme utility dehydrator allows food to be dried horizontally, allowing air to be blown evenly from the rear of the unit. The system allows a more even air flow than round dryer models, where air is blown from below. The appliance is made of high quality materials and is easy to keep clean. The drying plates can be washed in the dishwasher.
