One for All RUB spice blend is a combination of mutually supportive spices and is suitable for almost any food. RUB has no added salt, so you can use it safely for all your seasoning needs without worrying about over-salting your food.

Poppa Man's RUB spices are suitable for dry marinating, or rubbing into meat, as well as for general seasoning in the home kitchen or around the grill. The seasoning mix is also suitable for smoking meat. There is nothing extra in the seasoning, all the ingredients have been rubbed together for a balance of flavour, salt and sweetness. The seasoning should be rubbed into the meat liberally, about 40-50 g per kilo of meat.

• GRILLING: rub the seasoning mixture into the meat or steak with a small drizzle of oil and grill the meat until cooked.
• BRUNNING: Rub a thick layer of the seasoning mixture into the meat and moisten with apple juice, for example. Cook over a low heat until cooked through. Mix the root vegetables with a drop of oil and roll them in the spice mixture. Roast in the oven until cooked.
• WHERE: Dab the seasoning on the steaks or roll the pieces of meat in the seasoning. Fry in a small amount of oil. Add a little liquid, such as cream, and you have a great meat sauce.
• BOIL: Season soups, braised meats and sauces with the spice mix.
• The seasoning mix also works great as a dipping powder, mix with 2 teaspoons of sour cream and refrigerate.
