The PreSonus Quantum HD 8 is a high quality and versatile 19" rackmountable microphone that will take your production or other production to the next level. An ultra-low-latency driver keeps recording delays at bay, and high-quality converters with 124 dB dynamic range ensure that sound is clear and crisp for both listening and listening in. With new läpin capabilities, low self-noise and digitally controlled MAX-HD microphone preamps with 75 decibels of gain, a wide range of microphones can be connected. The DI instrument inputs on the microphone card are designed in conjunction with Fender specifically for guitar and bass. The cherry on the cake is that the Quantum HD 8 includes reamp outputs for driving the DI signal to a physical guitar amp, so no separate reamp jacks are needed.

ADAT and S/PDIF connections allow the channel count to be increased up to 26 inputs and 30 outputs to accommodate large productions. Critical functions on the Quantum HD 8 card such as gain and phantom power can be operated directly from the unit itself, or alternatively via the Universal Control application or even directly through Studio One recording software. The card comes with 12 months of Studio One+ service, giving access to the Studio One Professional Edition. The card can be connected to a computer or mobile device.
