TP-LINK TL-WPA7517 Gigabit Powerline Wireless Starter Kit (TL-WPA7517 KIT)

The package includes a wireless 802.11ac standard access point (TL-WPA7517 WiFi Powerline Extender) and a 1300 Mbps powerline Ethernet adapter (TL-PA7017). The models use MIMO (Multiple Input Multiple Output) technology for data transmission. With this technology, all three wires (line, neutral and ground) are used, which together enable peak speeds. The HomePlug AV2 compatible adapters offer 1000 Mbps transmission speeds over the electrical network and up to 750 Mbps transmission speeds wirelessly. 128-bit AES security encrypts network traffic from outsiders at the touch of a button.

The TL-WPA7517 features a WiFi Clone button for easy installation. This means it will automatically copy your SSID and your router password. When you press the button, you can put the powerline adapter wherever you want wired or wireless access to the network. The Wifi Auto-Sync feature allows the wireless network created by the adapters to follow the network of the powerline so that, for example, it can shut down and restart itself according to the powerline. LED lights can also follow this scheduling.
