Gymstick Mini Band resistance bands are loop-shaped and compact in size. They are particularly suitable for warm-up exercises, rehabilitation and developing the mobility of the lower limbs. Mini Band resistance bands offer new training methods for step sets, strengthening the shoulder muscles and training the gluteal muscles.
