One Super ED (Extremely Low Dispersion) and two ED elements effectively combat chromatic aberrations and color fringing, offering better clarity and color fidelity.
Four XD (extreme dynamic) linear motors significantly improve focusing capabilities over the predecessor's DDSSM system, featuring faster, quieter and more accurate AF, ideal for both video and stills.
